Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BariVara.BD ("BariVara", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BariVara is a verified flat-listing platform for the Dhaka rental market. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, landlords, and anyone else who interacts with the platform.
2. Landlord Responsibilities
Landlords who post listings on BariVara are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they provide. This includes the property address, rent amount, number of rooms, available date, contact details, and photos. Landlords must have the legal right to rent the property they list. BariVara reviews listings before they go live, but this review does not transfer responsibility for listing accuracy to BariVara. Landlords must not misrepresent the condition, location, or availability of their property.
3. Verification and Conduct
BariVara verifies listings through a manual review process before they are published. While we make reasonable efforts to check the legitimacy of listings and landlords, we do not guarantee the conduct of any landlord or tenant after contact is made through the platform. Tenants are encouraged to visit the property in person before making any payments. BariVara is not a party to any rental agreement and accepts no liability for disputes between landlords and tenants.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users must not post fake, misleading, or duplicate listings. You may not use the platform to harass other users, collect personal data of other users without consent, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. Accounts found to be posting fraudulent listings will be permanently banned and may be reported to relevant authorities. BariVara reserves the right to remove any listing or account that violates these terms without prior notice.
5. Changes and Contact
BariVara reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
